Post-Purchase Program

Somerset County Coalition on Affordable Housing (SCCOAH) Presents a Post-Purchase Educational Course:

"Now That You Are A Homeowner-- Things You Should Consider"

"Now That You Are a Homeowner — Things You Should Consider" is an in-depth educational program for homeowners. This free course covers: Budget and Money Management, Debt Consolidation and Home Equity Loans, Refinancing, Homeowners Insurance, Home Maintenance, How to Appeal Your Real Estate Taxes, Being a Good Neighbor, and a summary of the Affordable Housing rules. This course is held at least once a year.
